Cancellation & Refund Policy
When you can cancel for free and how refunds work.
Cancellation charges
- More than 24 hours before pickup: free cancellation, full refund.
- Between 24 and 6 hours before pickup: 10% of the total fare is charged.
- Less than 6 hours before pickup or no-show: the advance paid is not refunded.
Cancellation by us
If we cannot provide a car for any reason, you get a full refund – and we will help you find another option.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Cash payments are refunded by UPI or bank transfer.
How to cancel
Cancel from "My bookings" on the website, or call / WhatsApp our support team with your booking number.
